Terry Irwin Architects (TIA) was founded in 1994 by Terry L. Irwin AIA who for over 30 years has created a legacy as a leader in the Central Florida Architectural Community. The firm is based in Windermere, Florida and has completed Commercial, Civic & Residential projects domestically as well as in the Caribbean Region.
Our team is comprised of a staff dedicated to the principles of listening to our clients in order to delivery award winning projects that creatively reflect our clients dreams & visions while sensitively integrating the unique character of the building site.
